My husband and I just got home from this amazing vacation 2 days ago. We immediately rebooked with Roberta to stay again at Sally's Cottage. I can not even begin to express how beautiful the cottage is. The pictures do not even come close to the actual thing. Having the beach right out the back door was so perfect. You literally fall asleep each night and awake each morning to the music of the ocean. Grand Case in itself was a life changing experience. It truly put into perspective what is important in life and had us reflect on the simple things in life that really matter, helping us let go of all the material things and stressors of our everyday lives. I can not begin to thank Roberta, Claudia (housekeeper) and all the others involved in making this experience one that will last a lifetime. We are counting down the days until next February! If I could speak French, I would be moving there :) Enjoy........

I rented this house from VillaLady in Grand Case, St. Martin (French side), and I cannot stress enough how beautiful and how convenient the location is. Just staying on the backyard looking at the ocean and sailboats is worth the money I spent for this house. Additionally, having the beach right in front of the back part of the house is like staying in your own private beach with all the ocean for yourself. Right at the heart of the Grand Case village, the location of this property gives you the additional convenience of having all the stores, all the high French cuisine restaurants, and the pleasure to see and interact with the colorful local people that live in this part of the island.

Our stay at Sally's Cottage was fabulous! Everything we expected and more. It was ideally situated with the action on the main St. and the peace and quiet out the back door.
It was very well equipped with more than many of the places we have stayed in; was clean and well maintained. We would be very interested in saying at Sally's Place in the future although I'm not sure exactly when that will be. We've only been home for less than a day and are still just trying to adjust to life with snow on the ground!

We are back in Boston now as with the pending storm, we opted to leave a St Martin a day earlier. My husbands aunt died yesterday and we couldn't risk getting delayed so paradise was cut short. And paradise it was thanks to you.

2/6/2013 Hi Roberta, First off, we had the most amazing time in St. Maarten. Your home was lovely, exceeded our expectations! I am curious if we can book again for next year? The dates would be February 8-March 1. We would be there the first half (8-19) and my father would be coming staying the second (19-1). Please let me know if these dates are available.
